1. About Us

QuotedUp is a trading name operated from 30 Montpellier Villas, Cheltenham, GL502XF. We provide CRM automation and lead management services to home service businesses in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", and "QuotedUp" in these terms refer to the same entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking a discovery call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.


3. Our Services

QuotedUp provides done-for-you CRM automation systems built on the GoHighLevel platform. Our services are offered in three tiers — Foundation, Growth, and Accelerator — each comprising a setup phase and an ongoing monthly retainer.

The specific deliverables for each tier are confirmed in writing prior to setup commencing. We reserve the right to modify service features and pricing with reasonable notice.


4. Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is provided during the discovery call process and confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement before any work begins. Prices are not displayed on our website.

Setup fees are invoiced prior to work commencing and are due within 7 days of invoice

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced in advance on a rolling monthly basis

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

Late payments may result in suspension of service until the account is brought up to date


5. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All service tiers include a 60-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible:

You must have completed the full onboarding process

All workflows must have been activated and tested

The guarantee request must be submitted within 60 days of your system going live

You must provide reasonable evidence that the system has been given a fair opportunity to perform

Refunds under this guarantee cover monthly retainer fees paid within the 60-day period and the original setup fee. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected].


6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the service effectively, you agree to:

Provide accurate business information during onboarding

Supply access to required platforms (website, Google Business Profile, Facebook if applicable)

Respond to onboarding requests promptly to avoid delays

Ensure your phone number is set up correctly for call forwarding

Use the system as directed and attend the onboarding walkthrough


7. Intellectual Property

All workflows, templates, pipelines, and system architecture created by QuotedUp remain the intellectual property of QuotedUp. Upon termination of services, you retain access to your GoHighLevel sub-account and any contact data held within it, but do not retain rights to the underlying system architecture or workflow logic.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, client lead data, system configurations, and business strategies.


9. Limitation of Liability

QuotedUp provides automation tools and systems designed to improve lead response and follow-up. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or conversion rates, as these depend on factors outside our control including the quality of your leads, pricing, and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuotedUp's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
